Troye Blackmon is a seasoned bouncer in the Kansas City area with experience as a police officer and prison guard. He also served in the US Army with the 1st Combat Engineer Battalion and attended the Sapper Leader Course which trains selected combat engineers in troop leading procedures, demolitions, mountaineering operations, aerial operations, airborne operations, foreign weapons, land navigation, and waterborne operations.
Troye holds 3rd Degree Black Belts in American Jujitsu and American Jujitsu Street Tactics (under Master Crawford). He has a 2nd Degree Black Belt in Shorinji Ryu Jujitsu (under Steven Crawford and Ken Penland). He also holds 1st Degree Black Belts in Toshindo Jutaijutsu (under Steven Crawford and Stephen K. Hayes), Bujinkan Jutaijutsu (under Steven Crawford and Masaaki Hatsumi), and Kyu Shin Ryu Aikijujutsu (under Steven Crawford, Ken Penland, and Tom Maienza). He is a certified instructor in American Jujitsu and competitive Mixed Martial Arts.

Troye is assistant instructor for the American Jujitsu Headquarters where he teaches grappling fundamentals, striking for mixed martial arts, conditioning for Mixed Martial arts, and close quarters combat for military and local law enforcement.
Troye is an inspector for the State of Kansas Boxing Commission working with Mixed Martial Arts events throughout the state of Kansas. Troye is a certified Judge and Referee with the Association of Boxing commissioners. He is also a USA Representative and Certified Judge for the I.S.C.F (International Sport Combat Federation).
